Rune's Photography

Recommended Posts

so a couple of years ago I had the opportunity of getting a $450 camera kit for $245. It was a Nikon kit that had a D3200 body, two lenses, a bag, and several other small accessories. I'm still learning how to use it, and honestly I have no fuckin clue half the time, but I still manage to take some neat photos, so i thought I'd share them! I havent quite decided if I will do one post per image or do a few per post, but I guess we will see how it goes!

This first photo was my very first trip up to Canada in a place called Seven Bays, WA

from July 2016, family Reunion in Austin, Texas!

These two were from the plane

This is a view of the Moab desert from the plane

mesas.thumb.jpg.33aed5e9df57ea100d38407eb416095d.jpg

and this one was in the city itself. As soon as you come out of Voodoo Doughnuts, you see the stark contrast of historical and modern architecture

and then this neat cart that was at our cabin

But of course. Most of us who loves taking pictures tend to do some colour correction and such to make sure things look as best we can make them!

We went on a hike through a grove of cedar trees. There were a lot of fires going on in the area, giving the place an eerie orange glow in the sunlight

These are great shots! I adore the scenery of each one; I also like the shadowy one; it looks great! And do you play guitar? 3

i'm in love with nature, so that tends to be my preferred subject~

and sorta! i'm still learning, but I can pluck out a tune or two. My issue is i keep trying to learn too many things all at once on it lol

I'm also a nerd of nature; whenever I can, I like to explore the woods near my house.

I tried learning guitar at one point, but I turned to piano instead; I'm no Opera performer, but I'm decent.

i actually started with piano and now that i am familiar with piano, learning guitar is a lot easier for me because the tabs for guitar are set up super similar~

these are my two babies though! the silver is a Washburn that's worth $350 that I got for $150 and the Angelica on the right is one I got for free

Ooo, fancy schmancy guitar people XP

I would try and learn the guitar again, but I might find it to be disastrous, considering my natural stubbornness

Lets be real, Nature is literally the best subject for photography.

I think so! I've never been overly fond of taking portraits of people except my fiance

That sounds about right yeah. granted, there are a limited few who actually like taking portrait photos and such, but for me it was always nature that caught my eye.
